The Community Programme at Barnsley Football Club has been in operation for more than 12 years. During this time it has developed into a leading provider of grass roots football within Barnsley and the surrounding areas. The Community Programme is committed to providing a high quality, totally inclusive service to local youngsters whatever their ability. Football and the brand of Barnsley F.C. are very powerful mediums and the Community Programme uses this to engage the next generation of future supporters.

Our aim is to encourage children to enjoy playing and watching football at all levels, in all corners of the borough. The scheme is committed to equality. We offer a safe and friendly environment from which children can enjoy activity. Our focus is to forge closer links with the community and we strive to provide the highest quality of service."
