This is a new Health Intervention Project within 9 areas in Barnsley. If you are overweight with a BMI of 25 – 30 and live in one of the following 9 areas:

• Thurnscoe
• Kendray
• Worsbrough
• Goldthorpe
• Hoyland
• Grimethorpe
• Lundwood
